Herbalism, healing + a sprinkle of magic.

I’m Hannah, an intuitive naturopath and herbalist devoted to the quiet, everyday practices that shape our health, our homes and our relationship with the natural world.

My work lives at the hearth. In simple rituals, warm herbal infusions, seasonal rhythms and the way life moves through our bodies and living spaces. I’m interested in how wellbeing is built day by day through conscious choices, presence and connection.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Naturopathy) and have spent many years studying and practising herbal medicine alongside folk traditions, ritual living and the Old Ways. Since my teens, I’ve felt a strong pull toward ancestral wisdom, Celtic lineages and earth-honouring practices, which now quietly inform both my personal life and professional work. Over time, these threads have shaped a practice that bridges clinical knowledge with intuitive and traditional approaches.

In sessions, I work holistically with the whole person, supporting physical health while also exploring the emotional, energetic and spiritual patterns that influence it. Herbal medicine, flower essences, nutrition, lifestyle guidance and simple ritual practices are thoughtfully woven together to support meaningful, sustainable change. This work is less about fixing and more about remembering, recalibrating and creating space for what is ready to transform.

I offer one-to-one consultations, plant-centred sessions and seasonal support for those drawn to a slower, more intentional way of caring for themselves and cultivating their homes. You can explore my current offerings here.

Alongside client work, I share reflections, teachings and seasonal insights through my Substack newsletter and the Old Ways for the New Age podcast. These spaces extend my practice beyond the consultation room, offering grounded herbal wisdom and gentle invitations to find magic in the ordinary.

If you have questions about working together, you’re very welcome to reach out via the contact page or email me at hannahforest.herbalist@gmail.com.

I look forward to connecting.
